I had aphids on my rose buds and I sprayed dish soap(diluted in water on them)Now the leaves are wilting off. Today morning i saw all the new leaves wilt and fall off
Has the plant died?. Did i do something wrong?. Will my roses grow again?.

I don’t think your dishsoap in water could have done this, your rose bush may have some sort of wilt or other disease. Try taking a sprig to your local garden center and discussing it with them – they’ll be more familiar with what is currently going on in your area.
