Question by Gi: I have several knock out roses planted on a hill in sandy soil; what can I do to help them do better?
I know its probably the location, because I have some in another location which are doing great. The ones on the hill do get plenty of sun, I was wondering what extra I could do for these to help them flourish?

Unless you’re prepared to dig them up and amend the soil, try mulching them with an organic mulch. Also give them frequent doses of diluted fertilizer.
