Rescued Dalmatian needs new exercise plan
Q: I recently rescued a 2-year-old, female Dalmatian. She spent almost a year in a cage with a rescue group and has gained about 30 pounds. We named her Susie and she has adapted well to our family. I want to make her my jogging partner. This should help her lose some of her extra weight a little faster also. I really worry about her weight and lack of condition from her long-term confinement. It doesn’t take much red to attract hummingbirds
Q: Last year, I had a hummingbird hang about my yard for a few days, so I planted lots of flowers said to attract them. This year there are two of them frequenting my yard. I bought a hummingbird feeder that came with a powder to mix with water to feed them with, but it had red dye in it and I was wondering if you had a homemade solution I could use.
