Question by sunflowers: What happened to one of my roses? Leaves tiny and shriveled up from the start and all season with no flowers?
It is just now starting to come back to normal growth.
No, the leaves aren’t red, just shriveled, but now are coming back now that the rains have died down.

that means its dead and you have to cut the bulb of the dead one off so another one can grow.
