Question by Jay Dub: What is the proper way to prune a rosebush in order for it to bud more roses?
This is the 4th summer we’ve had this rosebush. It’s growing beautifully, but we only have 3 rosebuds this year. Is there a way to prune it so it buds more flowers ???

Prune just above a five-leaf cluster, same rule applies when removing spent flowers.
Make sure you fertilize it plenty; roses are heavy feeders.
