Question by Carol M: Why are my climbing roses producing tiny tiny leaves and no blooms?
I have two newly planted bushes this spring that have started producing needle like light green leaves and no blooms. they seem stunted? What am I doing? How can I make them better?

we used rose food….it seemed to help…..good luck
