Question by Tourist: Winter pruning of floribunda roses in Bay Area?
I live in Bay Area in California. I wanted to find out when to do the winter pruning of roses. We have about 6 floribunda rose trees.

You can do the pruning anytime from now until February. First cut out any dead canes and then trim the entire bush down to about knee high.
